    As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch the direct replacement aluminium under tray for the BMW F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4 models. The solution to creating a direct replacement under tray in aluminium began with a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside to ensure a perfect fitment that reuses all original mounting points. As a result, it requires no drilling or cutting and is completely reversible if required.  Designed to work with the AIRTEC Motorsport larger capacity oil cooler, which when fitted in place with the original plastic under tray causes to bow outwards due to the oil cooler’s larger size and the BMW under tray’s weak construction. Our direct replacement under tray is made from 2mm aluminium to ensure durability and has also been designed to accommodate the larger dimensions of the AIRTEC Motorsport oil cooler. The product also comes with pre-cut rubber trims to seal the under tray and ensure the cooling effectiveness with the options of a larger rubber trim for the original oil cooler or a smaller rubber trim for the AIRTEC Motorsport oil cooler both inside the box. It has also been designed to work with the AIRTEC Motorsport GTS-style aero under tray pan to create a comprehensive under tray package.  Finished in a high-quality black powder coat finish, the under tray offers improved protection, durability and cooling effectiveness.     As part of our expanding Honda product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our aluminium cooling under tray for the Civic FK8 Type R. When modifying these cars to increase power and torque, an unavoidable by-product is the additional heat level that’s transferred to the car’s cooling system. During sustained hard use, this can become a substantial issue, as coolant temperatures can increase enough to trigger the ECU’s safety features, reducing torque or even putting the car into a limp mode. As a result, we wanted to address the car’s entire cooling system, which included introducing extra venting to improve air flow within the engine bay. Our solution to creating a direct replacement under tray in 2mm aluminium began with a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside to ensure a perfect fitment. As a result, it reuses all original mounting points with new stronger fixings supplied, offering improved strength and protection for the underside of the car. More importantly, the large functional vents actively help to pull warm air from the back of the radiator, down under the engine and into the low-pressure area of the car below the under tray. This effectively creates an increased flow path within the engine bay to transfer heat out, helping to reduce engine running temperatures. Designed to work on a standard car or even more effectively in conjunction with our soon to be released AIRTEC Motorsport gearbox cooler, the under tray is finished in a high-quality black powder coat finish, offering improved cooling effectiveness as well as strength and durability. What does an under tray do?The under tray has three main purposes: to protect the underside of the vehicle from foreign objects flicking up and causing damage or accelerated wear. Secondly, to improve aerodynamics by creating a low pressure area as air accelerates past its smooth surface. This reduces drag, which works towards improving grip, handling as well as fuel efficiency. Lastly, on performance models, the under tray often provides increased cooling by either venting cold air to, or extracting warm air from the engine bay. Therefore improving the strength, design, size and cooling effect can offer fantastic benefits.     As part of our expanding Ford product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our oil catch can upgrade for the Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost Mk7 model suitable for track or fast road use. Oil catch cans are vital preventative additions to ensure the performance and efficiency of Direct Injection engines doesn’t deteriorate over time due to unwanted blow-by gases and vapours, which can enter the engine from a CCV port or PCV valve. This is particularly prevalent with the EcoBoost engine, which can be known for poor reliability without good preventative maintenance.   AIRTEC Motorsport’s solution to developing a catch can kit specifically for the Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost Mk7 model utilises the heat shield from our AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 induction kit to attach the mounting bracket. As a result, it requires the induction kit to be fitted first and will not work with other induction kits or the original air box.  It features a high-quality laser cut bracket finished in powder-coated satin black, which allows the catch can to attach neatly in place. The can itself features an internal baffle and dipstick, and detaches to allow easy maintenance. It comes with a comprehensive fitting kit that includes all fixtures and fittings, as well as a detailed installation guide. Why do I need a catch can?The original oil breather set up can cause issues with carbon build-up inside the engine’s intake system over time. It forms an oily sludge that covers parts of the intake and inlet valves, which reduces air flow and therefore performance and efficiency. Once the build-up has formed, it’s a costly process to clean, so it makes sense to take preventative measures in order to avoid carbon build-up forming. A catch can also filters harmful contaminants before they can reach the inlet system. PLEASE NOTE: This kit is designed to fit ONLY with our AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 Induction Kit for Fiesta Mk7 1.0 EcoBoost.     As part of our expanding Ford product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our inlet manifold upgrade aimed at modified Mk4 Focus ST owners who want to further improve the performance and potential of their cars for track or fast road use. Direct Replacement FitDesigned to fit 2.3-litre ST models, the manifold is a true direct replacement that utilises all of the original fixtures and fittings, including the standard throttle body and therefore pipework. There are also provisions to fit either the original plastic engine cover or the AIRTEC Motorsport replacement engine cover, and the design also includes a moulded fixing tab to secure the vacuum line, as per the original. The comprehensive fitting kit includes a thermal gasket to help reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head, together with all fixtures and fittings, new rubber gaskets as well as detailed installation instructions. Construction Made from high-quality cast aluminium for increased strength over the original plastic assembly, the manifold is finished in high-quality powder-coated black with a raised AIRTEC Motorsport logo, for a neat OEM+ look to improve the appearance of the engine bay. The design also offers improved flow compared to the original, which in-turn offers a notable increase in throttle response. Remapping is not necessary after fitting, but for optimal gains there would be a benefit. A key feature of the manifold is its ability to allow an easy solution for extra fuelling capabilities, thanks to the four port injector bosses and fuel rail fittings. This allows additional fuel to be easily added for big power builds without having to use an inlet manifold port injector spacer. Additional fuel rail available separately here.     As part of our expanding Toyota product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our direct replacement aluminium under tray for the Yaris GR Gen 1 and Gen 2 models including automatics. The IssueThe original under tray on Gen 1 cars features no venting at all and is made from a weak fibre material construction which will be prone to failure over time. Gen 2 cars feature a plastic under tray but with a small single vent for the transfer case alone.  ConstructionOur solution to creating a direct replacement under tray began with a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside to ensure a perfect fitment that reuses all original mounting points and fixings. Made in 2mm aluminium and finished in a high-quality black powder coat, our under tray offers an enhanced level of protection to the underside of the car but more importantly, the design has also been carefully considered to ensure improved cooling and air flow to the vital transmission components.  CoolingWhilst the Gen 1 under trays feature no cooling at all, the Gen 2 under trays feature a basic duct for the transfer case at the rear, as clearly Toyota see this as an area that requires cooling. The AIRTEC Motorsport under tray therefore utilises a much larger scoop for the rear to force more air flow and offer better cooling. It also features a built in gearbox cooling duct, together with a venting section behind it to create air flow to and from the transmission and reduce temperatures. The comprehensive design also features rear ventilation to allow heat to exit the undertray together with side vents to further improve air flow. Working in conjunction with the car’s original Direct Injection set up, this offers hugely increased fuelling capabilities that are required when pushing power to a much higher level.  Machined from high-quality aluminium and finished in anodised black, the fuel rail features ORB-8 fittings at both ends that adapt to AN-6 male fittings, which come supplied.  The comprehensive fitting kit also includes mounting brackets, O-rings for the ORB fittings as well as all fixtures required to fit directly to the manifold.  Please note: Does not include injectors, fuel lines or fuel line fittings for the engine side.  AIRTEC part no: ATMSFO161
